Fishing at Crater Lake, Oregon
Originally, Crater Lake contained no fish, but between 1888 and 1941, six species were introduced. Although only rainbow trout and kokanee salmon currently remain.
Fishing is allowed at the bottom of the Cleetwood Cove Trail and on Wizard Island, which is reachable by tour boat. Fishing licenses are not required and there are no restrictions on the size, number, or species taken.
